  1. No need to check in at reception. When you arrive you can set up your pitch without the campers needing to speak with hosts.
  2. Online booking and payment therefore no cash needs to change hands.
  3. When hosts are making their daily visit to campers social distancing will always occur.
  4. Hosts and campers will never need to meet undercover or inside a building or structure.
  5. Questions and enquiries can be made online, by text or by phone if necessary.
  6. Track and trace QR code available online and at our facilities. Campers are asked to sign in on arrival
  7. All bookings are dealt with online which includes the harvest of contact names, numbers in groups, email address, home address and phone numbers.

  1. The site at Efford is large and spacious.
  2. Campers are asked to pitch more than 2 meters from their neighbouring campers. Following our opening week (May half term 2021) we found that this was very easily achieved.
  3. The site capacity has been worked out using a guide provided by Cornwall Council. This guide suggests that the facilities (and filed size) at Efford Camping could cope with up to 80 pitches. In the quest for good neighbourly relations as well as an overall camping experience, we have decided to cap this at a maximum of 40-45 pitches on site at any one time.
  4. Campers are asked to be ‘considerate’ of others during their stay. This is clear on our website, confirmation emails and signage located on site.
  5. Track and trace QR code available online and at our facilities. Campers are asked to sign in on arrival
  6. All bookings are dealt with online which includes the harvest of contact names, numbers in groups, email address, home address and phone numbers.

  3. Campers are asked to clean the facilities after each use
  4. A deep clean of all facilities takes place daily as well as several smaller cleans throughout the day.
  5. Facility doors are asked to be kept open throughout the opening times of the campsite.
  6. Track and trace QR code available online and at our facilities. Campers are asked to sign in on arrival
  7. All bookings are dealt with online which includes the harvest of contact names, numbers in groups, email address, home address and phone numbers.
